Our company, started in 1993, was experiencing problems with growing past a family owned business to one that could be managed. Cultural issues within the company were ongoing and staff moral low. This was affecting performance and impacting on the results of the company. MYBRIDGE identified the issues and put in place a plan to take the company forward. Six months on we have a healthy growing culture and have employed more staff. The results are coming in and improvements are showing in all levels of the business.
